Kalisthenic Kingdom Creative Championships:

3. The Nordic curl and single Nordic curl
The weight divisions
 Men      200lb under /200lb overÂ
Women 130lbs under /130lbs overÂ
Competitive athletes must be at least 19 or adults ( legally)Â
Calisthenic karaokeÂ
Competitors will hold a eccentric hold on the pull up bar and sing for 3 to 3 1/2 minutesÂ
Competitors can hold the position on the bottom and on top briefly so it must fill up can be used. However, they must return back to the pull up position.
Competitors will be judged on delivery of this song, the facial expressions and entertainment, while singing dance moves, etc.Â
Team competitions are allowed however they will be judged as a single competitorÂ
Calisthenic PicassoÂ
Competitors will draw or paint a picture by their feet while in a L sit position can be done on a pull up bar or bar dip bar
Competitors will be judged on how beautiful the creation is all drawings will be turned into NFTsÂ
Nordic curlsÂ
Holding the 45 degree position who can hold for 30 sec then we add weight !
